• Minimum order of 2 chicks

• Pre-orders must be paid in full

• In-store pickup only

• Chicks must be picked up within 24 hours of arrival notification

• Hatchery sexing accuracy is approximately 90%

• Customer cancellations and unclaimed orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee

• If the hatchery cannot supply an ordered breed, you’ll receive a full refund for those chicks

• We provide good care while chicks are with us, but cannot guarantee their health after pickup
