✔ Shake well before use
✔ Wet coat thoroughly with warm water
✔ Apply shampoo from the back of the ears to the tail
✔ Lather and gently massage into coat and skin
✔ Avoid eyes, nose, mouth, and sensitive areas
✔ Let lather sit for 5–7 minutes before rinsing
