Non-hybrid variety: Compact, short 20" plants.  Large heads early, and smaller side heads after initial picking.  Plnats are non-uniform in maturity, resulting in prolonged harvest period, which is ideal for home vegetable gardening. Plant in early spring for harvesting before hot weather.  Plant again in August for fall harvest.  Perfect to withstand increasing cold of fall maturity.  Spring plantings also do well, but heads are smaller in size and senstitive to intense summer heat.  Fall harvesting, provides sweet flavored fruit up to November, depending on weather.  Fall crops is often insect free.  Well suited for Utah's climate.
