A mixture of exceptional sun and shade tolerant varieties of turf grasses. They were selected for fine leaf texture, and for rich deep green color.
 
These grasses will make a sensational looking lawn in partial-sun, or the shady areas, such as in northern exposures, and under fully grown trees. It will also grow well in sun. Reseed every year or two, especially in very shaded areas, to keep the lawn thick and healthy. Does not tolderate heavy foot traffic. Fairly good Necrotic Ringspot Disease Resistance.
